Help, My Client Won't Load!

If your browser wont load the Java client applet within 10 minutes (maximum) and you have either Windows98 (first edition) or an early edition of WindowsXP, Please read on...

The problem may be due to a lack of the "Java Virtual Machine" that is needed to load many Java applications.  Please, see:

http://www.microsoft.com/java/xp.htm

for an explanation. You can fix this in WindowsXP by either updating with XP SR1 (Service Release 1)  or by downloading and installing the Java Virtual Machine at:

http://java.sun.com/getjava/install-windows.html

If you have Windows98, installing the Service Release patches (SR1 and SR2) may enable you to run the applet. However, if you don't have Windows98 SE (Second Edition), you may not be able to run the client. Windows98 SE seems to have the proper virtual machine to run this client. Upgrading to Windows98SE will solve the problem.

We are in contact with the author to determine if there are ways to fix Windows98 (first edition).
